Solid Online has another new partner: Yoobi!

Yoobi is modern Cloud Software for CRM, project management, invoicing, time, expense and leave registration. Yoobi is now also connected to the Solid Online Connector which makes it possible to link Yoobi to all connected applications such as Otys and Carerix. Ideal when a seconded candidate writes his/her hours in Yoobi and the master data comes from there.

It is important that hours worked can be invoiced at the end of the month. This is only possible if the master data of both employee, customer and project are in Yoobi . Through the link with Connector , master data is automatically transferred as soon as the employee is placed. This reduces the risk of errors, saves time and the employee can write hours directly from day 1.

TimeChimp is the new technical partner of Solid Online! Now TimeChimp customers can even more easily interface with their other software packages and improve their workflow.

TimeChimp offers a simple way of recording hours in the cloud, for more overview and control of the organization. TimeChimp helps with the entire administrative flow: from the first hours written to the last invoice and payment of salary (through smart integrations).

With the Connector , TimeChimp 's customers now have the option of linking even more of their software packages, so manual retyping of hours worked is no longer necessary: all data enters the correct package automatically via the Connector .

How nice is it when the bell rings and a bottle of champagne is delivered to your home! Last Friday we had an extra special online free mibo with theSolid NL team. It was not for nothing that all colleagues received this special present; we have something to celebrate! We have made great strides recently! Very special that in a year in which a large part of the companies are partly shut down, the demand for Solid Online 's products has increased enormously.

We have been working on this as a team for years and it is beginning to pay off. Great partnerships are emerging and we are now connecting new software packages and customers one by one to the Connector & Transformer. And there is much more in the pipeline!

This could never have been possible without the work of our team! Everyone, both in the Netherlands and in India, thank you for your commitment and trust! We made this happen together and we will continue along this line!

How is working from home from the Netherlands and India?

Working from home from Holland and India: a view of all of Amsterdam for some and fresh mangoes from the tree outside the window for others!

We are used to online meetings at Solid. With an office in the Netherlands and one in India, we do this on a daily basis. The distance of 7,864 km is then quickly bridged. In India there is now also a lockdown, so everyone works from home there as well. Nice to see how everyone has set up a workplace in their own way, one from the kitchen, the other from the garden. The view is also quite different: one looks out over the city, the other over a courtyard garden.

Together we keep our spirits up and stay positive until we can get back to the office. From our home offices, we wish everyone strength in working from home!

Digipoort live with Solid Online!

In early 2019, new European guidelines for invoicing to government agencies will go into effect. All invoices must then be delivered as e-invoices in UBL format. Solid Online has developed the Transformer for e-invoicing in collaboration with RGF Staffing (formerly USG People). This makes RGF Staffing the first large staffing agency to send e-invoices that meet all government requirements.

In addition, e-invoices to the government must be submitted to Digipoort, the central government's digital mailbox. Digipoort automatically performs various checks on the submitted file before it is forwarded to the correct recipient. Together with RGF Staffing , Solid Online has developed the link with Digipoort. The Transformer can also be implemented as an add-on to your existing software package.

Joris de Vreede, project manager of application management at the Ministry of the Interior, considers it a great achievement that RGF Staffing was able to immediately manage to convert the guidelines to the correct invoicing format and that RGF Staffing has the flexibility to adapt to customer requirements.
